I have boil-dry protection

As a proper electric kettle, I know mornings can be rough! For those times when you accidentally switch me on empty, half-asleep and without filling me with water, there's a thermostat ready to step in. In the event of boiling without water, it automatically shuts me off. You'll know it's happened when the switch flips to the O position (off). You can start me up again after a few minutes, once my heating base has cooled down.
