I'm a slightly out-of-the-ordinary kettle. Sencor fitted me with a stylish dial thermometer, so I'll never leave you guessing when you're brewing herbal teas or coffee. Getting the water temperature right is hugely important when steeping dried tea, fresh herbs or coffee, both for the final flavour and for keeping all the beneficial compounds intact. The dial thermometer lets you watch the water temperature anywhere from 0 to 100 °C, and once it reaches boiling point I switch off automatically.
