Beyond classic preserving, I double as a versatile hot drinks urn with plenty of other uses. I can cook, reheat or hold food and drinks at a set temperature. Whip up sauces, soups, even pasta or dumplings. Drinks options are endless too: brew mulled wine, cider, real-ingredient teas, coffee, hot chocolate and more. Lift the main lid by its handy grip to serve food, or pour drinks through the smooth-flowing dispensing tap. I make a great companion anywhere there’s a power outlet — take me to the cottage or the garden. Maintenance is just as easy: my hygienic stainless steel wipes clean effortlessly and won’t absorb odours, so I’ll be as good as new after every use!
Two preserving modes for maximum versatility.
I preserve and cook using two modes you can adjust to your liking. The controls couldn’t be simpler — no unnecessary button-pressing or waiting around. Set the mode, temperature, time and countdown right on the clear display with intuitive buttons. The first mode lets you choose a temperature up to 100 °C and a time up to 12 h, with a live countdown so you always know exactly where you are in the process. The second mode keeps prepared food or drinks at your set temperature continuously. The whole process is smooth and intuitive!
Double safety for worry-free operation.
As a preserving pot, I work with both large and small amounts of hot water and food, so safe operation is essential — even if you forget to switch me off or the water boils dry. That’s why I deliver excellent stability and two safety features for trouble-free running.
