A 2-in-1 grill plate with a ribbed and a smooth surface
Why go for a 2-in-1 grill? Because it comes with a 44 x 25 cm grilling surface featuring two types of finish - ribbed and smooth. The ribbed side is ideal for meat, steaks and sausages, while the smooth side is perfect for vegetables, cheese, potatoes and bread. Food won't steam unwanted on the ribbed surface; instead, it grills meat to a juicy finish. The smooth surface cooks quickly and gives a crisp result. With the full plate, you can prepare a whole range of different foods at the same time.
Set the temperature with ease on the thermostat
The grill has a simple thermostat that lets you dial in the exact temperature and grilling style. Select "Warm" at 60 °C to defrost or warm up the food you've placed on it. Use the first setting (•) and its 100 °C to keep food warm, the second (••) at 160 °C for grilling vegetables, fish and sausages, and the third (•••) at 220 °C for grilling all kinds of meat.
Healthy, fat-free grilling
The grill plate is made from durable granite, which is twice as hard as other surfaces and resists scratches. Healthy cooking is guaranteed, as the surface releases no harmful substances. You only need a small amount of oil to grill, and the handy drip tray catches any excess.
Grilling tips from your Sencor grill
Choose fresh meat for grilling. Defrosted meat would release its juices and leave the steak dry. We also recommend cutting the meat into thinner slices (1 to 2 cm) and, ideally, going boneless. Avoid piercing the meat halfway through grilling, as the juices would run out. Season your steak with salt and spices to taste only once it's done. Enjoy your meal.
