The 14.5 cm TRUE BLACK color LCD display shows data with high contrast. Vivid colors and deep blacks make it easy to read even from a distance. The brightness can be adjusted to three levels for comfortable reading both during the day and at night.
12–24-Hour Weather Forecast
The Sencor weather station monitors changes in pressure and temperature and uses this data to generate a 12- to 24-hour weather forecast. The weather icons instantly show whether sunshine, rain, or snow is on the way, making it easy for you to plan your day and outdoor activities.
A clear overview of all meteorological data
The display shows the outdoor temperature and WBGT index on the left, the indoor temperature and humidity on the right, and wind speed and the forecast in the middle. At the bottom, you'll find precipitation, the UV index, light intensity, and barometric pressure. The time and date are at the top.
WBGT Index for Safe Outdoor Activities
The WBGT index combines temperature, humidity, wind, and solar radiation to indicate the actual heat stress on the human body when outdoors. This makes it possible to recognize the risk of overheating early on and to better adjust sports, gardening, or children’s activities on hot days.
Wind Speed, Gusts, and the Beaufort Scale
The station displays both the current wind speed and gusts in four units: km/h, m/s, mph, or knots. In addition, the Beaufort scale helps you quickly assess actual weather conditions without having to convert the measured values.
Barometric pressure in hPa, inHg, and mmHg
Monitoring barometric pressure allows you to detect changes in the atmosphere before they become apparent outdoors. The station displays pressure in both relative and absolute values in three units: hPa, inHg, and mmHg. Falling pressure signals an approaching weather deterioration.
Hassle-Free DCF77 Radio-Controlled Clocks
The clock automatically receives the DCF77 time signal and synchronizes the time and date without any manual adjustment. It automatically adjusts for the change to daylight saving time and standard time, so the displayed time is always accurate. If necessary, the time can also be set manually.
